We have researched all of the top hyrdroponic systems on the market, down to their inner workings
and have created a hybrid system using the best of each syestem and discarding the
major flaws that come with them. Hydroponics is the science of growing plants in water
instead of soil. The deep water method , also know as the reservior method, is one of the easiest of
all the true hydroponic growing systems. Several plant containers sit down in the nutrient solution.
An aquarium air pump constantly bubbles in the nutrient solution, keeping the plants roots from
drowning. In natural conditions, soil acts as a mineral nutrient reservoir, but the soil its self
is not essential to plant growth. When the mineral nutrients in the soil disslove in water, plant roots
are able to absorb them. When the required mineral nutrients are introduced into a plants water
supply artificially, soil is no longer required for the plant to thrive. Almost any terrestrial plant
will grow with hydroponics.
